At P.A.L. Wrestling, we concentrate on teaching children not only how to wrestle, but also about goal-setting, values, hard work and dedication.

Our program touches the lives of over 50 childern and their families each season. We support other youth wrestling in our tri-state area and welcome those families to come and watch our youth athletes setting goals and showing off all their hard work. The Hagerstown Police Athletic League Wrestling team was founded in 1999 by two local Hagerstown City Police Officers, Brett McKoy and Guy McCartney and several great coaches: David Slick, Jimmy Jordon, Joe Footen and Mike Palmer.

P.A.L Wrestling offers wrestling to both boys and girls ages 4 to 14 years old. Contact info@palwrestling.org for more information on our program.
